IMO approved BWMS Working Modes
Our BWMS has two selectable modes as follows.
1)Ballasting
During the ballasting of the vessel ,the IMO BWMS Plan operates under the ballast mode .The IMO Ballast Water Management System ballast water flows into the ballast tank after treatment in the filter and UV reactor .
2)De-ballasting
During the de-ballasting of the vessel ,the Marine BWMS Plan operates under the de-ballasting mode .The Ballast Water Treatment System ballast water pumped from the ballast tank is discharged overboard after treating in the filter and UV reactors .
Ballast Water Treatment Plan Working Principle :
Ballast Water Treatment System is an online treatment system which uses filtration and UV inactivation combination treatment technology . Ballast water management plan uses 100% physical treatment method.The ballast water management system could be arranged on various types of vessels and meet different ballast water requirements and flow rates to operate in the sea water,fresh water and brackish water .BWMS system could achieve efficient treatment and management on ballasting and de-ballasting on board through a simple and high efficient OF Physical Treatment BWMS Plan two-stage treatment process.
IMO BWMS System treats the ballast water with negative pressure filter and disinfects the organisms with medium-pressure UV inactivation system .The Physical Treatment BWMS filtration unit and UV inactivation unit are connected into the ballast water pipeline in series ,through which the uptake and discharged water could be treated effectively .
