Directly Buried Internal Pressure Compensator
Sealing materials: special sealants such as packing products, polytetrafluoroethylene, rubber products and sealing oil are prepared.

Performance characteristics of sleeve type compensator:

Packing sealed sleeve compensator: it is a kind of contact seal, which is filled with elastic sealing material between the outer sleeve and the core tube. After the packing is compressed by the axial force, it can cling to the surface of the core tube. The elastic deformation of the sealing material is used to compensate the wear of the sealing surface and prevent the leakage of the medium. At present, it is developed from a single packing into a combination, such as hard packing in the deep part and soft packing in the gland When the sealing oil is put into the middle of the hard and soft packing, the leakage shall be stopped by adding oil.

Mechanical seal sleeve compensator:it is composed of at least one pair of end faces perpendicular to the rotation axis, under the action of fluid pressure and external elastic force of the compensation mechanism, keeping close to and sliding relative to the other end face to form a device to prevent fluid leakage. It is characterized by high requirements of form and position tolerance and fitting accuracy, no leakage, and avoids frequent damage caused by leakage of old compensators.


Type of sleeve compensator:

Directly buried sleeve compensator: it adopts advanced sealing structure and sealing material, and is suitable for hot water, steam, grease and other media. Through the sliding movement of the sliding sleeve to the outer sleeve, it can achieve the compensation of thermal expansion. The utility model has the advantages of reasonable structure, safety and reliability, long service life, no leakage, convenient installation and maintenance, wide application range, etc. At the same time, it is convenient for pipeline design, installation and construction, and can reduce the setting of fixed support.

Bidirectional sleeve compensator: there are telescopic core tubes in both directions of the common type outer sleeve, which can compensate twice as much as the common type. It is also used for bidirectional compensation, reducing the length, size and cost of using two common types

Double seal corrugated sleeve compensator (patented product), with double insurance function. This product integrates the bellows compensator, that is, when a mechanical seal is added outside the bellows compensator, the compensator can still work normally in case of bellows problems. The performance is reliable and the bending resistance is improved. Due to the mechanical seal, the bellows inside the bellows are isolated from the outside world, and are not damaged by harmful substances, especially chloride ions, which makes the bellows compensator more reliable. At the same time, the mechanical seal increases the guiding function of the movable end and improves the bending resistance.

Disposable sleeve compensator is used for directly buried pipeline after preheating and expansion, which is welded to the two contact surfaces of the pipeline. The outer tube and core tube can no longer move relative to each other, and then buried. It has the same life as the pipeline.

Application scope of sleeve compensator: it can be widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, thermoelectricity, metallurgy, urban central heating pipe network, trench and elevated pipeline.


Service environment of sleeve type compensator:
Surface thermal spraying is used when the corrosion degree of environmental medium is high.

When the corrosion degree of environmental medium is medium and the service temperature is higher than 120 ºC, surface chrome plating is adopted.

Surface galvanizing is used when the corrosion degree of environmental medium is low and the service temperature is lower than 120 ºC.
