Lifesaving Equipment Fiber Reinforce Plastic Totally Enclosed Lifeboat
Totally Enclosed Lifeboat :Marine Life Saving Totally Enclosed Lifeboat is suitable for use on board the ocean going vessels under worse sea condition. All the Marine F.R.P Totally Enclosed Lifeboat approve SOLAS Standard .We have 14 models are available from 5.00M to 12.50M. There are Two types of SOLAS Standard Totally Enclosed Lifeboats are available. One is common type ,the other one is tanker version fireproof type which equpped with a sprinkle system.
Totally Enclosed Normal Lifeboats design and manufacture in accordance with LIFE-SAVING APPLIANCE CODE MSC.218(82)&MSC.272(85) and test in accordance with MSC. 81(70) .FRP Totally Enclosed Lifeboat amendments MSC.226(82)& MSC.274(85)The Totally Enclosed Rescue Boat will be launched and recovered by the gravity davit .The helmsman inside can launch the SOLAS Lifeboat by control wire. For convenient boarding, two side doors are provided as the embarking way.
The Totally Enclosed Lifeboats build by hand laying. The hull, inner shell, canopy and roof are individually shaped in "one piece". The space between the hull and the internal hull will be filled with PU foam as a buoyancy tank .All mats, knitted roving,resins and buoyancy foams have been approved by the classification societies or the administration and the resin is self-extinguishing. All fittings and parts of the Marine Totally Enclosed Lifeboats are made of stainless steel ,sea grade aluminum, copper or galvanized steel. Normal Totally Enclosed Lifeboat makes the corrosion to a minimum degree.
