High Strength Black Ship Launching Airbag ISO Certified
Marine Pneumatic Rubber Airbag for Ship Launching
Air bag for heavy lifting and transportation and ship launching is an innovative product with independent intellectual property rights in China. At present, it has been widely used in ship launching, caisson lifting and transportation, handling of other heavy objects, and floating aid of underwater installation engineering. The application of marine air bag is less limited by the site, and does not need large-scale mechanical equipment, so it can shorten the engineering period and save a lot of money. After more than 20 years of development and practice, it has been proved that this product has the characteristics of safety, high efficiency, green environmental protection, flexibility and so on.
The production and application of marine airbags mainly refer to two industry standards: CB / t3795 "airbags for ship discharge and launching" and CB / T3837 "technical requirements for upper discharge and launching of ship airbags".
In the basic requirements and evaluation methods for production conditions of shipbuilding enterprises formulated by the Commission of science, technology and industry for national defense, air bag launching is included as an approved launching method for the first time, and it is stipulated that class II and class I enterprises are allowed to use air bag launching mode. Meanwhile, corresponding requirements are put forward for the equipment using air bag launching.
Maintenance of Marine Airbags
When the air bag is not used for a long time, it should be washed and dried, filled with talcum powder inside and outside, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place indoors. The air bag shall be stretched out and placed horizontally, and no heavy objects shall be piled on the air bag.
Keep the air bag away from heat sources.
The air bag should not be in contact with acid, alkali, grease and organic solvent.
Repair of Marine Airbags
The damage forms of marine airbags can be generally divided into longitudinal cracks (cracks extending along the length of airbags), transverse cracks (cracks extending along the circumference), and nail holes (including disc-shaped damages with a diameter of less than 10 cm).
The operation steps are as follows:
1) Mark out the scope of repair as the boundary of the polished surface. The scope of repair should be extended around the crack, and no hidden injury should be missed. The expansion range varies according to the type and damage range of the airbag, which is usually 18-20cm for three layers, 20-22cm for four layers, 22-24cm for five layers and 24-26cm for six layers. Laying of cord fabric with longitudinal crack.
2) Grind the surface of the repaired part until the fiber thread is exposed, but do not damage the fiber line.
3) For long cracks, the cord thread should be used to sew the long cracks. The distance between needle holes and cracks is about 2-3cm, and the distance between stitches is about 10cm.
4) Clean the surface to be repaired with gasoline and cool dry.
5) Apply a layer of glue. Mucilage is made from raw rubber and soaked in gasoline. The weight ratio of raw rubber to gasoline is usually 1:5, and it should be slightly thinner when coating the first layer (the weight ratio of raw rubber to gasoline can be 1:8). After the first layer of mucilage is dried, apply a slightly thicker glue and dry it.
6) Seal the crack with the raw rubber strip with thickness of 1 mm and width of 1 cm larger than the crack.
7) Brush the gasoline and dry.
8) For longitudinal cracks, first apply a layer of hanging cord cloth perpendicular to the crack direction with a width of about 10cm. For transverse cracks and nail holes, step (10) can be operated directly.
9) Brush the gasoline and dry.
10) Lay a layer of hanging cord fabric parallel to the longitudinal direction. The lap area around the crack should be more than 5cm, and the edges should be cut into rounded corners
11) Brush the gasoline and dry.
12) Lay a layer of hanging rubber cord fabric obliquely. The direction of the cord should be the same as that of the diagonal cord (or reinforcing fiber) in the bag wall. The lap area around shall be 1cm larger than that of the previous layer of cord fabric, and the edges shall be cut and pasted into rounded corners
13) Brush the gasoline and dry.
