15ppm Oil Water Separator 

Marine Oily Water Separator is a kind of environmental protection product designed in according with the International Maritime Organization IMO MEPC 107(49) standard, the oil content in effluent water ≤15ppm, and the standard of the IMO MEPC107.(49),Solas approval.
Marine Oily Water Separator is of 9 types with the capacity from0.25m3/h to 5.00 m3/h, The smallest type is YWC-0.25 which can be installed on ship less than 1000DWT. The biggest type is YWC-5.00 which can be installed on ship more than 300 thousand DWT. This separator can also be used in industrial and petroleum, besides in ship vessels. The effluent oil content from YWC can meet any standards of Environment Bureau in international.

Application of 15ppm Oily Water Separators

This  Marine Bilge Water Separator can be used to treat oily bilge water in order to make it reach the requirements of IMO.MEPC.107 (49) resolution, which is also called 15ppm bilge separator. It contains type approved 15ppm bilge water separator ,15ppm bilge alarm and Automatic shut down Device .
The device adopts the combination of 1st stage, cone plate gravity and coalesce separation; 2nd stage, fiber filter and 3rd stage, membrane permeation in order to make the treated bilge water to reach the requirements of discharge standard of the resolution of IMO MEPC.107 (49).
