Product structure type:

It is mainly composed of liquid resistant inner rubber layer, middle rubber layer, 2 or 4 or 6 layers of steel wire winding reinforcement layer, outer rubber layer, inner rubber layer has the effect of making the conveying medium bear pressure, protect the steel wire from erosion, outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage, steel wire (0.3--2.0 reinforcement steel wire) layer is the skeleton material to enhance the role.

Product usage:

High pressure steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is mainly used in hydraulic support, oil field drilling, mine is suitable for engineering construction, lifting, transportation, metallurgy forging press, mining equipment, vessels, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, all kinds of machine tools and various industrial departments mechanization, automation has certain pressure in hydraulic system (high pressure) and temperature of oil (such as mineral oils, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) and hydraulic transmission, such as the highest working pressure resistant up to 70-100 mpa.

Note: the standard of steel wire wound hose of this enterprise refers to GB/ t10544-03 standard, DIN20023, sae100r9-13 standard. This standard is not suitable for castor oil and lipid based liquid.

Product features:

1. The hose is made of special synthetic rubber, with excellent oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance.

2. High bearing pressure and superior pulse performance.

3. The tube body is tightly combined and soft, with little deformation under pressure.

4. The hose has excellent resistance to bending and winding and resistance to fatigue.

5. The fixed length of the steel wire wrapped hose is 20 meters, which can be made within 50 meters according to the requirements.
