This treatment device is composed of four watertight compartments, MBR film group, ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization equipment, electric control box, crushing pump, air pump, discharge pump, valve, pipe system, etc. The four tanks are aeration tank, contact tank, sedimentation tank and water storage tank respectively.

This STP adopts Q235 carbon steel plate, and the pipeline adopts 20# seamless steel pipe, which should meet the quality requirements of GB or YB, and have the quality certificate of the supplie
In addition to stainless steel and copper materials, the device shall be derusted to SA2.5 level and treated with anticorrosion. The inner wall coating in contact with sewage shall be epoxy asphalt paint.
The shipyard will return the confirmation or a set of approvedmaterials to the supplier for production within 14 days after receiving the approval list. If the supplier fails to receive any confirmation from the shipyard within 2 weeks, it will be deemed that the shipyard has no opinion (in accordance with the approved plan). Unless the shipyard delays the approval of the reasons within the specified time.
