D Type End Shackle
Marine anchor chains are made of metal,chain diamter start from 12.5MM to 162mm,2grades available, grade 2 and grade 3, all our marine anchor chain are tested by UT and MT detection, also do proof and loading test. Our target is to make sure every chain would be at perfect quality before leaving factory.
Apart from that,our marine anchor chains all approved by any  classification society like ABS, DNV, RINA, LR, BV, CCS, BKI etc.
All our shackles are made in China, and are supplied highly polished.
Material can be Alloy steel A2, A4 , 304, 316 stainless steel, color can be silver or black painted, the shape of D Type End Shackle is bow shape.
The shake proof shackle has both heads threaded. The pin will not fall out, but may still be unscrewed from the partially threaded second head.
The shake proof shackle pin incorporates an innovative polyurathane ring which enhances the fit of the shackle pin. Once in position the shackle pin will not vibrate loose.
The shake proof shackle incorporates the Smart-Lock pin. This pin benefits from a unique locking mechanism. When the ring is threaded into the shackle body the ring acts like a viscous liquid and binds itself to the internal threads in the shackle head.
